A. Todd Capitano

Todd Capitano attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on the prestigious Morehead Scholarship.  In 1989, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, with honors.  He continued his education in Chapel Hill, attending the University of North Carolina School of Law.  While in law school, Todd was voted to the Order of Coif, reserved for the top 10% of the law school class.  He served on the University of North Carolina Law Review.  After graduating at the top of his class, from 1993 to 1997, Todd worked at the reputable law firm Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson.   

Since 1997, Todd has worked with Bishop, Capitano & Moss, now Erwin, Bishop, Capitano & Moss.  Todd focuses his practice on commercial landlord-tenant disputes, employment disputes, business litigation, and NASCAR-related contract and litigation matters.
