A. Todd Capitano
Todd Capitano attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a Morehead-Cain Scholarship, graduating with honors in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Following college he worked at Lehman Brothers in New York in its Swaps and Derivative Products Group. He then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Todd was voted to the Order of Coif and served on the University of North Carolina Law Review. He received his law degree with high honors in 1994. Following graduation, Todd worked at the firm Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson.
Since 1998, Todd has worked with Bishop, Capitano & Moss, now Erwin, Capitano & Moss. Todd focuses his practice on complex business litigation, shareholder disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and other commercial litigation matters.
Todd has been named to Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite" and rated by "Super Lawyers" on multiple occasions.
Todd is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and active in youth programs and mission trips. He is a Big Brother in the Big Brother, Big Sisters program and served on the Board of Directors for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Crime Stoppers.
